It's been there for at least the past week. Tenants in this building include W.A. Richardson Builders, Bermuda Development LLC, Romeo Development LLC, ME Development LLC (Michael S. Ensign, former Chairman of Mandalay Resort Group and father of U.S. Senator John Ensign).
